San Carlos, CA and San Francisco, CA (February 17, 2012) – In an order by Chief Judge Alex Kozinski, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, sitting en banc (in the Ninth Circuit, an 11-judge panel), will hear oral arguments in the long-running case of Nordyke v. King on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 2:30 p.m.

Attorney Donald Kilmer of San Jose, CA, will argue before the en banc court on behalf of plaintiffs/appellants Russel and Sallie Nordyke, et al.
